At House of Hackney, we want you to be completely enamored with your new interiors; however, if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that bespoke orders, including custom-cut fabrics and wallpapers, are non-refundable unless found to be faulty.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully repackage your items in their original House of Hackney packaging, ensuring all labels and protective seals remain intact.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
